The 44th Annual Philadelphia Ceili Group's Irish Traditional Music & Dance Festival kicks off tonight (Thursday) with Singers Night, on Friday don't miss a great line up

Tomorrow - Thursday, Sept 6 - Last day to get Online Discount for Philadelphia Ceili Group Irish Traditional Music & Dance Festival

This year’s festival has something for everyone:

On Thursday a night of Irish song with some of the very best local singers of Irish traditional songs, including Matt Ward and Cory Purcell, hosted by Courtney Malley

A Friday night, a very special Ceili dance with live music by the McGillians & Friends and a  Rambling House that is bound to be a rollicking good time hosted by Marian Makins.

On Saturday the Festival begins at 11:00 a.m. with FREE workshops and lectures for current Ceili Group members and students with admission into the Festival on Saturday, children's activities, and Irish arts & crafts. Music all day on Saturday starting at 11:00am with the Philadelphia Ceili Band and a showcase concert with Tim Britton and Pat Egan. Activities for the whole family, all ages!

Saturday night is a very special concert featuring Mick Moloney and the Green Fields of America. The Festival closes with a Session lead by Maggie’s Boots  (Federico Betti, Rob Curto, and Hollis Payer)

The Festival takes place at the Commodore Barry Club in Philadelphia. Known as the "Irish Center", it is close to train line and has nearby free parking. 6815 Emlen St. Philadelphia, PA 19119.
